Which platform am I using?

Payments can be made using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal accounts. There are no payment surcharges for any payment method, and there are absolutely no contracts.

If you don’t have access to a credit or debit card, you may be able to use PayPal or a prepaid Visa card. These are available from Australia Post stores and can be loaded with funds over the counter. It’s important to note that some providers of these cards, including MasterCard Gift Cards, may not allow them to be used for online subscriptions, so they may not be a perfect solution. Using PayPal to top up your personal service is a convenient alternative.

Personal Platform

To view invoices/receipts:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. View the table containing all of your historical and upcoming invoices in the bottom right corner

To recharge your service:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. Choose your preferred plan and recharge options from the list that is shown at the top of the page.

To update your card on file:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page and add the new card details to the payment information table shown
  3. View the full instructions right here

Business Platform

Users of our business platform can manage their payment methods on the Billing page, including adding or removing cards. This is also where you can renew your services, top up consumables and view your full invoice history.

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. Click Billing in the left sidebar
