uConnected provides easy to use prepaid services, with multiple recharge options available that members can move between. Services automatically renew each month with the cost billed to the member’s payment method until cancelled. Each recharge option includes an allowance of minutes to use in the month ahead, if a member consumes a greater number of minutes than this allowance, it is necessary to either top up the service to continue receiving calls, or the associated extra cost for the minutes will be added to the next month’s invoice. Which of these happens will depend on the exact service type that you have, with the full details available in the service’s Critical Information Summary (CIS). You can review the relevant CIS on the Payment page in your Dashboard.
