Which platform am I using?
Moving your landline, 1800 or 1300 number to uConnected is easy. To do so simply sign up for a new service and we’ll get in touch to facilitate the porting process. This takes between 5 and 21 days, as the time required is determined by how long it takes for the previous carrier to approve the port. We’ll let you know the moment we’ve received confirmation of the porting date.
