Which platform am I using?
Most uConnected plans include a set number of minutes which are available for calls. In addition to the Usage Meter and Call History features within the Dashboard, you’ll also receive SMS and email alerts as these minutes are consumed. You can control who is notified for service usage alerts.
Personal Platform
Emails are also sent to the address used to log into your service, while SMS messages are sent to the Account Owner’s Number which is configurable on the Account Details page.
Business Platform
The business platform supports multiple ways of communicating service usage, including SMS, email and push notifications in the mobile app. You can configure these using the following instructions:
- Log into your uConnected Dashboard
- Click Users & Settings in the left sidebar
- Review the options in the Email Alert Recipients, Push Notification Alerts and SMS Alert Recipient sections.
