SMS Authentication

If you’d like to add an additional layer of security to your account you can enable SMS Authentication. Doing so will require individuals accessing your Dashboard’s Payment, Greetings & Account Details pages to provide a single use SMS code. It’s a type of two-factor authentication that’s designed to protect sensitive Dashboard pages. The code is sent to the Account Owner’s Phone Number, set on the Account Details, and without this code access will not be granted.

To enable SMS Authentication:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Click Account Details from the left menu
  3. Look for the toggle shown below on the right hand side

To enable login email notifications:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Click Account Details from the left menu
  3. Look for the toggle shown below on the right hand side
