Options to manage the deceased uConnected account

Option A. Contact the Australian Death Notification Service

This option allows you to notify not just uConnected but other service providers as well about the passing of the account holder. This is the fastest way for you to process the account closure or transfer.

To notify ADNS, please head over to their website and fill out their online – Australian Death Notification Service.

Once done, uConnected will get in touch with you within 10 business days to let you know of the next steps.

Option B. Email the Support Team

You are also welcome to contact us directly through our Contact Us form or by sending an email to support@uconnected.com.au. When you choose this option, we will ask you to provide us with the relevant documentation about the deceased member as well as your information. The personal documents you will provide will not be stored by uConnected and will be used solely for verifying your claim.
