If you’re having an extra busy month and you go over your allocation we’ll let you know. You’ll receive email notifications when you are 50%, 80% & 100% through your allocated minutes. Additional inbound calls are charged at 15c/minute for the landline plans and 17c/minute for the 1800 & 1300 number plans, though you have the ability to move up a plan in the Dashboard as well. You can move up a plan at any time in your monthly cycle. You also have the ability to ‘Pause’ incoming calls and send them directly to your uConnected voicemail if you’d like to avoid further costs for the month. These messages are delivered directly to your email address without adding to the charge already on your account. You can then ‘un-pause’ your account when the next billing period begins.
