Just as you’re easily able to port phone numbers to uConnected, you’re also able to port numbers away. Your uConnected phone number is able to be moved to any other provider at any time. We don’t charge anything at all for this and the whole process is managed by the carrier you’re moving to.
If you would like to port to another provider, please ensure your account is open as numbers can only be ported to new providers from active services. Otherwise there is a risk that the number may be lost.
