Moving your landline, 1800 or 1300 number to uConnected is easy. To do so simply sign up for a new service and then get in touch with us so we can begin the porting process. There’s a once off $55 charge associated with porting, and the process takes between four and 21 days. The time required is determined by how long it takes for the previous carrier to approve the port. We’ll let you know the moment we’ve received confirmation of the porting date.
