1. How can I download the uConnected App?
   1. On your mobile device, access the App Store for Apple users or access Google Play for Android users
   2. Search for uConnected
   3. Tap install
   4. Grant access to the permissions and confirm important app reminders.
   5. Proceed to sign in or sign up if you haven’t yet.
   6. Start using the service.
   7. Anytime you have a difficulty, feel free to reach out from the Contact Us icon in the App or at our Contact Us page.
2. Are my details secure with the uConnected App? We take privacy seriously at uConnected. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy .
3. What devices are compatible with the uConnected App? The app can be used with any iPhone using at least iOS 15. For Android phone users, will be compatible with version 9 and later. The app is not available to be used for iPads and Tablets for now, but we’ll be sure to make announcements when it’s ready soon!
