The uConnected app is ready for use on iPhones running iOS version 11 or newer, and Android phones running version 7.4 or newer. The mobile app allows you to make outbound calls to any phone number in Australia and provides you with a convenient way to manage your service Dashboard.
Here’s a sneak peek of what you can see when you install the app.
The History
This tab shows your records of all the calls you’ve made and received over time. You will never miss a call again, as this would also serve as a shortcut for you to see all your caller’s details as well as listen to voicemail messages they left for you.
The Keypad
This is where you can dial a number to call. It’s simple and clean to look at. Use this to dial a number or copy-paste numbers from the clipboard.
The Contacts
The app provides functionality for you to be able to sync your phone’s contact list to the uConnected app. This way, it will be easier for you to dial anyone, fast. Please ensure that you’ve allowed permission to access your Contact list on your uConnected app so that you can seamlessly maximise the use of the mobile application.
The Dashboard
This is the same Dashboard you see when you access your account online through a computer. This time, you don’t need to access your details online through a computer or a laptop. The app has a tab in place for your dashboard so it’s easier to manage it, even while you’re on the go.
There are a lot of things that you can do here. You can make account changes, view your full Call History details, check and pay your invoices, change your uConnected plan, and more!
The Settings
This is a very useful tab as it provides you access whenever you experience technical difficulties using the app. In this tab, you can access three important features to help you resolve any technical issues by routing you to:
- The Website Help Articles – this is where you can find support articles and common troubleshooting guides.
- The “Report a Bug” tab – here you can contact us if you are experiencing technical difficulties while using the app.
- The Terms of Use.
