Which platform am I using?
Personal Platform
By default the time zone associated with your service will automatically match your street address however it’s possible to change this at any time. To update your time zone:
- Log into your uConnected Dashboard
- Click Account Details from the left menu
- Select your ideal time zone within the Time Zone card on the right
Business Platform
By default, the time zone for your service will automatically match your street address, but you can change this at any time. If you have multiple services, you can set a different time zone for each one. To update your time zone:
- Log into your uConnected Dashboard
- Click Services in the left sidebar
- Select an option from the Time Zone section
