Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards. They’re processed monthly in advance, with services auto renewing each month until they are cancelled. There are no payment surcharges for any types of cards and absolutely no contracts.

Although a credit or debit card is required to use uConnected, if you don’t have access to one you may be able to use prepaid Visa card. These are available from Australia Post stores and can be loaded with funds over the counter. It’s important to note that some providers of these cards, including MasterCard Gift Cards, do not allow them to be used for online subscriptions, so they may not be a perfect solution.

To view invoices/receipts:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. View the table containing all of your historical and upcoming invoices in the bottom right corner

To pay upcoming invoices or recharge your service:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. Open invoices will be shown in the invoice table, these can be paid using your card on file by clicking the Pay button. Otherwise, the list of available plans or recharge options will be shown along the top of the page.

To pay upcoming invoices using a different card:

Services that receive monthly invoices via email are able to pay invoices using a different payment method by following the steps below.

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. Scroll to the invoices table in the bottom right corner and locate the invoice you’d like to pay. Click its due date to view the invoice, then select “Pay with a New Card” along the bottom. Doing so will open a window where a new card can be entered to make payment for this specific invoice. This card will not be stored for future payments.

To update your card on file:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page and add card details into the payment box shown
