Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards. They’re processed monthly in advance, with services auto-renewing each month until they are cancelled. There are no payment surcharges for any type of card and absolutely no contracts.

Although a credit or debit card is required to use uConnected, if you don’t have access to one you may be able to use a prepaid Visa card. These are available from Australia Post stores and can be loaded with funds over the counter. It’s important to note that some providers of these cards, including MasterCard Gift Cards, do not allow them to be used for online subscriptions, so they may not be a perfect solution.

To view invoices/receipts:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. View the table containing all of your historical and upcoming invoices in the bottom right corner

To recharge your service:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page
  3. Choose your preferred plan and recharge options from the list that is shown at the top of the page.

To update your card on file:

  1. Log into your uConnected Dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Payment page and add the new card details to the payment information table shown
